Q: What do I need to bring to open a checking account?
A: We require two forms of Identification for each signer on the account: a photo ID (current Texas Drivers License, passport, alien card) and the second ID can be your Social Security number, Firearm License or Voter registration.  We can verify the Social Security number through a third party vendor.

Q: Do you charge for use of other ATM’s?
A: This will depend on the account you choose to open. A New Accounts representative can assist you with choosing the right account for your needs.

Q: When will overdraft protection be in effect?
A: After the account has been open for 30 days and is in good standing and with the officer’s approval.

Q: Does Vintage Bank offer free online banking with Bill Pay?
A: Yes, and these services are free with all accounts.

Q: Can I link my savings to my checking in case of an emergency?
A: You may link your savings account to protect your checking account. This is done in $100.00 increments with a $5.00 fee.

Q: How many Vintage Bank locations are there?
A: We have three full service locations: Ovilla/Glenn Heights, Waxahachie, and Midlothian, Texas.

Q: Does Vintage Bank offer image statements?
A: Yes, we do.

Q: Does Vintage Bank offer free business accounts?
A: Our commercial checking account has no monthly service fee with a minimum daily balance over $2,000 (some high volume accounts are subject to account analysis).

Q: Can my child open an account and be the only signer?
A: We do not allow a minor to have an account alone, but you can open an account for the minor with a parent or guardian.

Q: Does Vintage Bank offer Direct Deposit?
A: Yes, we certainly do.

Q: Can I expect personal service?
A: Yes, there is always a friendly and qualified employee available to talk to you.
